“Walkie Talkie” marked the debut event of Panorama Health Society, embodying the society’s core values—mental wellness, social bonding, and inner peace. Set amidst the tranquil surroundings of Sunder Nursery, the event offered students a unique 360° mental wellness experience that brought together nature, creativity, and human connection in perfect harmony.
Activities & Engagements:
Jamming Session:
Music served as a beautiful icebreaker, where participants freely sang, clapped, and bonded over rhythms. This helped cultivate confidence, self-expression, and collective joy.
Potluck Gathering:
Students shared home-cooked meals, blending cultures and flavors in a warm, communal atmosphere. This fostered heartfelt conversations and a strong sense of togetherness.
Nature Walk (45 mins):
A mindful walk through Sunder Nursery's serene landscapes allowed participants to disconnect from stress and reconnect with themselves. The environment naturally promoted calm and mental clarity.
Canvas Painting
Participants engaged in freestyle painting, expressing their inner thoughts and emotions through art. This provided a therapeutic outlet and nurtured focus, creativity, and pride.

“Unwind & Uplift” was curated to provide a moment of pause amidst hectic schedules. Held within the cozy comfort of the Girls' Common Room, the event focused on emotional decompression, mental rejuvenation, and quiet connection. It was an intimate and intentional gathering aimed at restoring the inner balance of every participant.
Event Activities Included:
Relaxation Sessions:
Guided breathing and calm-setting activities allowed participants to shed stress and regain mental stillness.
Interactive Games:
A series of playful, mindful games were conducted to engage the mind and energize the room—each designed to promote laughter, presence, and friendly team spirit without the pressure of competition.
Creative Reflection Corners:
Spaces were created for journaling, positive affirmation writing, and silent expression, helping individuals reflect inward in a peaceful environment.
Atmosphere & Energy:
Soft lighting, ambient music, and thoughtful hospitality created an immersive sensory experience. The setup was intentional, calming, and inclusive—tailored for participants to simply be.
