AURA – The Research & Innovation Society of GTBIT
AURA is the official research and innovation society of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT), created with the vision of uniting passionate innovators, researchers, and creators under one platform. The society acts as a hub for ideation, innovation, and advancement beyond academics.
The society’s mission is to bridge the gap between creativity and execution by helping students form teams, work on real-world projects, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Aim of the Society include:
1. Gap-Filling & Team Formation – Connecting students with like-minded peers for hackathons, projects, and competitions.
2. Innovation & Ideation – Creating a platform for brainstorming, prototyping, and developing solutions.
3. Research & Projects – Encouraging students to explore technical and non-technical research work.
