EpicTure was a society that supported creativity, innovation and talent.To showcase talent is the first step to garner appreciation.We used to release an e – paper on a monthly basis publishing their ideas, creations and photography. This gave the students confidence to keep up their extraordinary work. EpicTure had its own YouTube channel where documentaries made by students are available for watching. We were the body behind various successful events like ExPressions, Flowerista, Ehsaas, Sm-‘art’ Exhibition and the Epicture Olympics.
CinArt The Film Federation of GTBIT was established under the direction of Miss Meenakshi, with the aid of super supportive staff of this esteemed institute, undergraduates of GTBIT of batch 2012-16 were fruitful to originate a film club to celebrate this art of ultimate truth by short movies and documentaries. Both Epicture and CinArt were clubbed together to form the EPICTURE society we have today.

Welcome to the focal hub of visual storytelling! We are EPICTURE The Photography and Cinematography Society of GTBIT and we are a community of a bunch of shutterbugs and visual storytellers who are passionate about capturing moments, freezing time, and unraveling the artistry behind every click.
In our society we believe in the power of lens poetry, We don’t focus our lenses on the image we are clicking rather we focus on the story they are narrating .
From workshops to exhibitions, we foster it all out as an active and enthusiastic society of our college we organise regular photowalks , exhibitions and workshops which we can promise are always more than just fun .
Our members are not just about the skills ,our skills also comes along with our thoughts and perspective. Perspective is what completes a photograph. A good photograph is the one which narrates the stories it held, the emotions that were felt and the moment which was frozen.
What we can really promise is that there’s no sneak peak allowed around our lenses as there’s not a single event which goes out uncovered in our campus ,we love to frame that all out with our zeal and passion.

Celebrating the Essence of Diwali: A Photographic Journey by EPICTURE.
The Diwali celebration at GTBIT was brilliantly illuminated through our lenses. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through images, our society members embarked on a visual odyssey to encapsulate the spirit of this festive occasion. The photo album started with the moments from the round 1 of ramp walk which need less to say was what we call a bomb. Of course the event was filled by the melodious voices of G Sharp which we didn’t missed to capture out and the grand announcement of Mr&Miss Fresher’s and we did framed out those happy and precious smile too in our lenses as well. EPICTURE conducts its auditions to scout for talented individuals with a passion for photography. The auditions focuses on evaluating participants’ photography skills and understanding their unique personalities.
And the response from the students is always truly overwhelming .During auditions every participant gets a chance to showcase their photography skills and present a portfolio of their work. The diversity we receive every year in the photographic styles, themes, and techniques during the auditions highlights the rich talent pool within the college. In addition to evaluating technical skills, the auditions also aims at understanding the personalities behind the lenses.
We are confident that EPICTURE will continue to thrive and will always have a positive impact on college community.

EPICTURE organized a captivating photowalk at the serene Hauz Khas Deer Park as part of our audition process for 2022-2023 batch. The event not only served as a platform for aspiring photographers to showcase their skills but also provided a unique opportunity to capture the beauty of nature. Participants were presented with various photography challenges, encouraging them to think creatively and capture the essence of Deer Park in unique ways and what we can truly say is that everyone really had a great time where we really got to explore and discover the surroundings along with learning a lot from each other.

EPICTURE hosted an enriching photowalk on April 8th 2023 at Connaught Place . While the world was still, draped in quietude, and nature awoke with a gentle symphony ,we all were jet ready with our cameras to captures that early morning incomparable beauty of Connaught Place known for it’s architecture and diversity. The photowalk focused on capturing and discovering the magic which we might see everyday but were just not able to notice and the early hours helped us all with it. Also a photowalk is always the best the opportunity to learn more and explore which is what we did altogether as a team.

'JASHN - E - FRESHERS,' the college's spectacular fresher’s party, radiated warmth and excitement as newly admitted undergraduates were welcomed into the college family. Seniors and faculty extended a heartfelt welcome, ensuring the fresher’s felt a sense of belonging from the very beginning, setting the tone for a memorable college journey ahead and we left no crumbs and expertly captured those moments that shall be stored for a lifetime.

CODING CONCLAVE

The coding conclave took place in the auditorium of our college, where developer (Cofounder of coding blocks) and coding enthusiasts gathered to exchange knowledge. We aimed to showcase the diverse aspects of coding, including the participants' dedication and problem-solving skills.
Through our photography, we were able to encapsulate the essence of the coding event, showcasing the passion, dedication, and creativity that define the world of programming. The photographs captured the dynamic atmosphere, educational aspects, intense competitions, and invaluable networking opportunities that were integral to this event. By documenting these moments, we hope to inspire others to explore the world of coding and highlight the significance of such events in fostering growth within the coding community.
IPR DAY

IPR day was organised by GTBIRC in the GTBIT premises on 26th April 2023 and Advocate Gurpreet Gulati also graced the event in order to spread information about the intellectual property rights which provide incentives for creators and inventors while fostering a culture of innovation. The event successfully provided a platform for understanding the legal nuances and significance of intellectual property across diverse field.The session was skilfully immortalised through the lens, weaving a visual narrative of cherished moments.
