The
National Service Scheme (NSS) of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology
(GTBIT) organised a Cleanliness Drive to promote hygiene, sanitation, and environmental
responsibility. The initiative
aimed to highlight
the importance of maintaining clean surroundings, preventing littering, and adopting
responsible waste-disposal practices.
Under the guidance of Programme Officer ANO Lt.. Gurveen
Singh Grover, the drive encouraged students to recognise their
role in maintaining cleanliness and creating a healthier
environment. The initiative reflected the commitment
of NSS GTBIT towards community service and responsible citizenship, reinforcing
the
belief that collective efforts can contribute to a cleaner
and healthier society.
